Today on Facebook

  • Bono had back surgery today. I used to be a fan until he and his manager got anti-fan like Metallica.
  • Yesterday, Rebecca became knot-head. Literally. She caught a baseball with her forehead. Ouch!
  • Fox News has sterling reporting. I don't want to be an American idiot, but looks like Britt Hume is.
  • Scott says everyone should come, it's a riot. He's talking about the All Idaho Hausbrau, tomorrow (today? May 22) at the Stonehouse at the Ram at 5 pm. Busy day.
  • Martha had a great field trip, but had an allergy attack. 'tis the season.
  • Kenny Wayne Shepherd.
  • Keoni says: "We must be willing to get rid of the life we've planned, so as to have the life that is waiting for us." -- Joseph Campbell. It's blue pill versus red pill.  I don't believe in fate.
  • Marcie likes the Shoebox. This is different than the smallish club in Seattle that hosts bands like Pearl Jam and Joe.
  • Tracy is jamming to Warren Zevon. Werewolves of London? Good stuff, regardless.
  • Happy Birthday, Ron!
  • Karen voted absentee today. Really? I didn't know it was voting season.
  • Paul: AHHHHHHHH! and LET'S GO STEELHEADS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Bring it back home. Sorry about that.
  • Andrew: Potato Chips, cereal, and now guinea pig food. Why is it that every time I open a sealed bag it explodes like an A-bomb (as I drop a few F-bombs) and ends up every place except where I want it?
  • Good job Connor! I think we'll be at your game tomorrow.
  • Fertilizer for FarmVille. I think this post is a load of crap, maybe you can use it?
  • More existentialism from Keoni: "As I sit here with my boys, I wonder if life will eventually bring us the peace and joy we deserve. If not now, when? If not you, who?" Dude, take a deep breath. Hold it. Hold it. Let it out. Wait. Wait. Wait. This is your inner peace. Now breathe in. Joy is where you find it. Look close, it's in your boys.
  • Derek's car is fixed!
  • Soccer is so cool! Thanks Matt! The Procol Harum background music is awesome!
  • Susan is playing games and enjoying her time with the Beesley's.
  • Candace asks, "do you have dreams?" Yes, and generally they are very strange.
  • Flash mob at noon, somewhere downtown Boise.  Banana phones.  Google it if you're interested.

There was lots more, but I got tired of typing.

A special note: Linda's new chemo started today. Her doctor had positive things to say, but then again, she always does.
