A few days in June on FB

I've been busy -- camping over the weekend, life in general.  Here's the first few days of June.

  • I'm so excited that Facebook told me how to get Justin Bieber tickets. Not.
  • Pete compared eggs from his chickens with store bought eggs. His are bigger.
  • Camping pics were posted. It was a wet weekend, and a little spooky. Damn rednecks. Peace through superior firepower, as usual.
  • Jeff claims that Bittercreek is no longer serving straws with their cocktails. Um, Bittercreek is a beer place, it's not a place for straws.
  • Jana is looking for a CFO. Sounds like business is good.
  • Jason is now friends with a Bears fan.
  • Chuck wants to know if anyone wants to play tennis this summer.
  • Megan pulled ticks off of her dog. Yuck.
  • Ellen posted some glam pics.
  • Several people are disappointed with all the rain lately.
  • Julie can't get to FB for some reason, so Candace passed on her thanks for the birthday wishes.
  • Cherie posted some nice summer pics.
  • Scott wonders if anyone has read the Passionate Programmer? I haven't.
  • Alaska cruise the first week of July!
  • Derek's PS3 is broke. Withdrawal symptoms are a bitch.
  • Wilco will be in North Adams, MA, on Aug 13-15.
  • Sarah is annoyed at gmail right now. Too slow, it seems.
  • Ed found some extra bags of fertilizer. In Farmville.
  • Derek says "Stab me. Please." See, PS3 withdrawal is not pleasant. There were several voluteers for the stabbing.
  • Tracey got moved to her new house.
  • Lots of birthday wishes.
  • Gabe is drooling over the iPhone 4. You do know that Apple has surpassed Microsoft both in market cap and in evilness?
  • Julia was late to work and blamed it on the alarm clock. If you say so...
  • The Packers played charity softball.
  • Megan likes laughing so hard you clap like a retarded seal.
  • Devin is leaning toward the iPhone 4 too. Comments seem to be split about 50/50 iPhone/Droid. Have you looked at the new Crickets?
  • Carin mentions that school is out. For summer. Not forever.
  • Martha said woot woot!
  • Andrew had a great day.
  • Chris likes Green Day. Doesn't want to be an American idiot.
  • Marcy is sick and looped out on cold meds.
  • Steve posted a link to a Peter Gabriel video.
  • Kris posted a link to a commercial. It's gross.
  • Susan is feeling better today.
  • Paul is headed to Vegas. Mafia Wars IRL?
  • Hey Patrick! I can still see you playing Call to Arms!
  • A bunch of people like 'when life gives you lemons, throw them back and demand chocolate'.
  • Sarah says "Happy Tuesday! Gonna be 78 today!" No, I think you're only 29. Take it easy, there is no rush.
  • Tracy: "So I had to put my Mac in the shop and I used Windows 7 for one full day and thought I would go crazy... how do people use that thing? So I installed Ubuntu last night on my old laptop and I'm much happier :)" There you go.
  • AHA pub discount in Cleveland, 10% off at Fat Head Brewery and Saloon.
  • Brew club meeting is at Brewforia on Thursday at 7 pm.
  • Julia is getting off of work early. Not bad for going in late.
  • Carin found a boot camp and is looking for people to join her. Will there be rifle training?
  • Move it, move it.
  • Lynde wonders, "If somebody threw a stone at you and knocked you off your donkey, wouldn't you technically be stoned off your ass?"
  • Joe posted a Sustainiac demo. He's in the studio too.
  • Nikki is getting a new travel trailer.
  • Several people don't meet the height requirement to ride your emotional rollercoaster.
